Personally I love strength training as do many of my clients. After having the pleasure of helping literally thousands of people from all walks of life experience my strength training program I can safely say it is the single most important type of exercise you should perform. If you are over 30-it's mandatory. First of all, unless your daily routine offers frequent physical stimulation, in all likelihood your muscles are melting. A few sessions a week of a full, intelligently designed strength training program are just what your body needs in order to burn more calories, give defined shape to your muscles, and improve your functional strength in your everyday life. Although our Centers are filled mostly with baby boomers who love seeing the clock run backwards with this program, everyone at any age can benefit from regular strength training sessions.
