For a personal nutrition prescription on protein, carbohydrate or fat intake you should meet with one of our consultants. The following is some general advice that has helped thousands of others.

Water is food. It should be 65-70% of what you consume as it is 65-70% of your body. Your body extracts water from food. Drink a lot more water and start eating the foods listed below. Exercise as prescribed and you should feel amazing in no time.

You can optimise the speed of your results with a nutrient rich diet high in anti-oxidents and fiber. For your information, your body cannot extract anti-oxidants and vitamins without living ensymes, found so far only in living foods. At some point you will need to accept that eating healthy is your only choice for a healthy way of life. With a combined exercise regimin you have the greatest chance to heal your body.
