Understanding Your Nutrient Needs

By understanding and responding to the nutrient needs of your body, together with our exercise program, you will build a new foundation of cellular health, soon to become your healthy body.

The Winning Combination

Exercise together with nutrients offers health

Now that you have committed to our proven successful method of exercise, we need you to understand and willfully consume a more nutrient rich diet.

This first email will outline the basics in nutrition to further solidify your committment to your changing body. Processing foods for shelf life requires removing the ensymes that hold the nutrients. So there's no use continuing to fool yourself by reading the box, package, jar, bottle, container, wrapper, or bag for nutrition information.

It all pretty much offers a lack of energy, high sodium, preservatives, additives and other chemicals that the best internet sleuths still can't find.

Consume processed foods in very small quantities, infrequently with the knowledge that you are satisfying your taste, not your body.

Simple as ABCDE

There are three types of calories. Fats, Proteins and Carbohydrates. All are imperative to optimal body function. Within these categories, we recommend that you consume only fresh and non processed foods. As we've learned, processed food is toxic to your body. With the 20 years of experience we have as Counselors and Trainers, we can assure you of one thing: long term consumption of fast foods and processed foods leads to Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Elevated cholesterol, many Cancers and a host of other immune deficiencies.

We want you to experiment with your nutrient intake and attempt to eat only living foods for the first 3 months of exercise. This will give you the energy you need to exercise, help to detoxify your current cells, and at the same time, boost the new ones. Simple and complex nutrients heal the body for exercise recovery and help the body to adapt to the exericse. Active cells become more receptive to the increased blood and oxygen flow. This continued uptake of better nutrients together with better physical function is the basis of our program.

Order of Importance

Water is a nutrient and should be about 65% of your nutrient intake. You're body extracts water from food. Is your food dry or wet?

Fats are stabalizing and satisfying. Clean Poly and Mono-unsaturated fats can be consumed together with fruits and veggies for a filling and nutritious meal.

Protein is necessary for building new cells and maintaining the body. Consume protein throughout the day. Combine protein with fruits and veggies. Always put a protein into your body first thing in the morning to prevent muscle loss.

Fruits and Veggies hold necessary vitamins and anti-oxidants. They should be respected for the precious commodity that they are. The skin holds the greatest amount of powerful antioxidant, with the pulp or dense portion offering vitamins, simple calories, water and fiber.

Combine these fats, proteins and nature made carbohydrates in any way you enjoy!
